Our core customer base is situated in the South East of England but we also support many client branch offices throughout the United Kingdom implementing remote support solutions and making site visits whenever necessary.
It is always our intention to focus on customer business requirements and tailor computer based solutions around this. We recognise that it is not always possible for many businesses to have “in house” IT support but having a reliable computer infrastructure is essential to everyday operations within the business.
By providing both prompt on-site and remote support we believe that A&C Computers can take on this role bringing you the benefits of an “in house” IT department at a fraction of the cost.
Not every business is the same. IT requirements can differ quite considerably within our customer base and we are willing and open to support them using methods that best suit them. This may mean irregular ad-hoc support or part/full-time support on an on going basis.
We deal with our customers in a very personal and approachable manner. You will not become a number and be faced by a multitude of automated options when contacting us. We offer remote support but also regularly visit our customers and perform tasks face-to-face building a trusted working relationship.
IT solutions do not always have to be costly and those that we implement offer value for money. We will never advise you to acquire a service you do not need, whether supplied by us or another provider. We will help add what you need when you need it.
